What you can expect from our work
Individual approach
I see the person, not the problem. Our work is therefore based on your personal story, values and goals.
Safe and supportive environment
I create a space where you can be yourself without fear of being judged or misunderstood. Trust, acceptance and respect for your experience are at the heart of our work.
Awareness
You will learn to better understand your thoughts, emotions and reactions, helping you make conscious choices rather than acting automatically.
Focus on meaningful change
My role is not only to support and understand you, but also to help you take practical steps: see new possibilities, find solutions, try new ways of responding and strengthen your inner resources.
Evidence-based methods
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a person-centred approach, etc. I choose methods according to your individual situation and needs.
Format and fee
Sessions last 50 minutes. The fee is €35 per session. Payment is made by Invoice, online sessions require advance payment.
Frequently Asked Questions
I work with adults aged 18 and over.
The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss your situation, explore what feels most difficult for you at the moment, and decide together where it would be most helpful to begin. You do not need to prepare in any special way or know in advance what to say.
That is completely normal. If you are not yet sure how to describe what is troubling you, we can explore your situation together and find a place to begin.
It depends on your situation, goals and needs. Sometimes a few sessions are enough to see a situation from a different perspective. Deeper and more lasting change usually requires more time and regular work. Sessions are often held once a week, but the frequency is always discussed individually and may vary depending on your situation, the stage of our work and your circumstances.
That is completely normal. During a session, you may cry, be silent, feel angry or need time to find the right words. You do not have to meet any expectations.
Sometimes discussing difficult experiences can bring up strong emotions. This can be a natural part of the therapeutic process. We will work at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
Yes. Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are normally charged in full, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances are considered individually.
Yes. The decision to continue or end our work is always yours. If you decide to finish, I usually recommend a final session so that we can reflect on the work we have done, discuss the changes you have made and bring the process to a thoughtful close.
